012/365: Finishing the week … strong!


It just feels good to do something for your body after a hard week. Exercise has become essential for my daily routine. Of course filling up the rings helps a lot to keep me motivated day after day, but you start to feel “bad” (and miss it) if you don’t exercise. It simply becomes like an addiction once you’re really enjoying it.
I don’t even want to talk about the benefits of exercising. Even taking a short walk outside can change your whole perspective about something that’s been going through your head the whole day, and there’s no excuse not to start. So, what are you still doing? Move! Go do something! Thank me later.
